We clean your space to a consistent commercial standard, and we bring all products and equipment. A regular visit includes:

• Trash removed from every bin
• Desks, workstations, shelves and surfaces dusted and disinfected
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Restrooms cleaned and disinfected
• Kitchens and break rooms cleaned
• Reception, hallways and other common areas
• Interior glass and windows
• Restocking of paper and soap supplies, as agreed with you

We agree on the exact scope with you during the visit to your space.

Office cleaning costs vary a lot from one business to another, so we do not publish a fixed price. Three things set your price: the size of the space, how much dirt there is, and how difficult it is to clean.

We visit your space, see exactly what is needed and give you a fair, exact quote. There is no standard hourly or monthly rate: every case is custom. Request a quote or call us to schedule the visit.

Getting started takes four short steps:

• Visit: we look at your space and what needs to be done
• Quote: we give you an exact price
• Scheduling: we fit your cleaning into our schedule as soon as possible, usually within a few days
• Cleaning and checklist: we clean, then go over a checklist with you to confirm everything is as agreed

You choose the schedule your business needs:

• Monthly

There is no minimum number of visits per week. We build the schedule around your business hours, including early-morning and after-hours visits, so your team is never in the way. If you prefer, we can receive a key or alarm code for after-hours cleaning, or you can handle access in the way that works best for your company.

Billing is per visit or a fixed monthly fee, whichever we agree on. You do not need a contract, but we can set one up if you want it.

Offices and small commercial spaces

Workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens and break rooms, reception and hallways, cleaned on the schedule that fits your workday.

Medical offices

Waiting rooms, reception, restrooms, floors and surfaces get standard commercial cleaning. We do not provide medical-grade or hospital-grade disinfection.

Stores and retail spaces

Floors, restrooms, break rooms and customer-facing areas, cleaned before you open or after you close.

Warehouses

The offices, restrooms, break rooms and common areas inside the warehouse. We agree on the scope during the visit.

Condominiums

Lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas of the building.

To be clear about our scope:

• Carpet cleaning (we can refer someone who does it)
• Floor polishing and waxing
• Window cleaning from the outside (we clean windows from the inside)
• Medical-grade or hospital-grade disinfection
